Course objectives

Define a Generative AI implementation strategy for your workstation based on the professional context and existing tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Firefly)
Write optimal prompts using Prompt Engineering techniques to generate written and visual content aligned with the initial need
Ensure the confidentiality of professional data by applying security and sensitive information protection best practices
Produce inclusive content adapted to the needs of people with disabilities to ensure accessibility
Iteratively optimize generated content by enriching context and refining the initial prompt according to defined criteria (constraint, context, style, format, accessibility)
Apply the AI Act and GDPR directives through regulatory monitoring, risk identification, and the implementation of preventive and corrective measures

Detailed program (6 modules)

Map the landscape of Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Adobe Firefly) and their business use cases. Audit the professional context: repetitive tasks to automate, existing tools, IT and security constraints. Build a realistic and progressive integration plan. Workshop: produce a strategic AI implementation plan for your own workstation.
