Detailed program (14 modules)

Understand how LLMs work: tokenization, attention, scaling laws, RLHF. Map the 2026 market: Claude, GPT, Gemini, Mistral, LLaMA, open-source models. Workshop: locally run a Mistral 7B model with Ollama.
